Your online booking Your stay begins on our secure booking platform. You choose your dates, your villa (2 or 4 people), and your options: tropical breakfast, dinner prepared by our partner chef Laurence , early arrival, late departure, champagne welcome, etc. A confirmation is sent to you instantly. → Book your stay 2. Before your arrival A few days before your stay, you will receive a summary message containing: the exact address, access details,arrival and departure times, the reserved services, Tips to help you prepare for your visit. The balance of the stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required upon check-in. 3. Your arrival at Iguane House On the day of your arrival, we welcome you from 5 pm (or earlier if you have booked the "early arrival" option). After a quick inventory check and familiarization with your rental, you will discover your villa: private pool, terrace, tropical garden, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary decor, linens provided, bed made for your arrival, high-speed Wi-Fi… Your stay can begin in the gentle trade winds. 4. The first evening: a smooth arrival To allow you to settle in without worrying about the meal, you can have made a reservation: a Creole dinner delivered to your villa a champagne reception or even small, gourmet treats.Your first evening unfolds in complete serenity, facing your pool, by the light of lanterns. 5. Living at the rhythm of the villa Each morning, enjoy the peace and privacy of your villa and its pool. If you've chosen it, your tropical breakfast will be served directly on your terrace. The day continues with swimming, napping, sunbathing, reading, or planning a getaway. Here, everything is designed for a stay of complete freedom. 6. Wellness: Welcome to the Micro Spa Treat yourself to an exceptional moment in our Micro Spa , nestled between a zen garden and a cozy retreat. The day of departure Check-out is by 11:00 AM (10:00 AM for the 2-bedroom villa) or later depending on the option chosen. A property inspection will be carried out before the security deposit is returned. If you have a late flight, delayed departure options may allow you to extend your tropical getaway until the very last minute… 10. After your stay Once you're back home, we're here to help.
