The collected rainwater is used to water the landscaped garden and for exterior cleaning.
Under the dry garden, the micro wastewater treatment plant does its work and nourishes the landscaped garden.
🛒 Responsible purchasing and short supply chains :
Meals prepared with local, seasonal produce from our orchard or local producers. Furniture crafted by local artisans.

Selective sorting, on-site composting of food waste and garden prunings and reduction at source.
